WHO IS ANGÈLE?
Angèle (full name Angèle Van Laeken) is a Belgian singer-songwriter born in Brussels in 1995. Her debut album "Brol", released in October 2018, sold over one million copies in France and topped the French album charts for the full year 2019.
Her major hits include "La loi de Murphy" (2017), "Tout oublier" with Roméo Elvis (2018), "Balance ton quoi" (2019) and "Bruxelles je t'aime" (2021). In 2023, she received two Victoires de la Musique awards: female artist of the year and most-streamed album for "Nonante-Cinq". In 2024, she performed at the Paris Olympic Games closing ceremony, broadcast to hundreds of millions worldwide.
Active since 2017, Angèle performs in venues seating 5,000 to 40,000 in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and the United States, including four sold-out nights at the Accor Arena Paris (20,000 capacity). Angèle performs for private and corporate events.
