Want to understand how the live entertainment industry actually works? Not from a textbook, not by making coffee, but by being in the room when decisions are made and on the ground when shows happen?
At Shadow to Live, interns aren't bystanders. From our Brussels office, you'll work directly with the team on real projects: artists like Alice on the Roof, Henri PFR, Blanche and Mustii, events for clients including ING, L'Oréal and Proximus, and productions that go well beyond the ordinary.
What you'll actually do:
You'll manage the agency's digital presence and our artists' social media, create content for our campaigns, write communication materials for media and partners, and contribute to our marketing and commercial tools. At concerts and events, you'll be on the ground with the team, learning how it all works from behind the stage.
What we're looking for:
You're studying Communication, Marketing, PR or equivalent. You understand social media with a genuine editorial sense, not just personal use. You're comfortable with standard tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, PowerPoint) and can write confidently in French and English. You're autonomous, curious, and you ask questions before heading in the wrong direction.
What will stand out most: how you think, your curiosity about the industry, and your ability to bring ideas without being asked.
What you'll find here:
A human-scale team working on ambitious projects. Concerts and events you'll attend, often from backstage. Real exposure to all four sides of Shadow to Live: artist management, booking agency, show production, brand entertainment. And a reference that actually carries weight in the industry, if you put in the work.
