ARTICLE 2: DATA COLLECTED
In the course of operating shadowtolive.com and conducting our activities (artist management, artistic booking, show production, brand entertainment, event organisation), Shadow to Live may collect the following categories of data.
Data collected via contact and booking forms: first and last name, email address, phone number, company or organisation name, nature of the request and any additional information freely provided.
Data collected automatically during browsing: IP address, browser and operating system type, pages visited, session duration, traffic source. This data is collected via the analytics tools described in Article 5.
Shadow to Live does not collect any special categories of personal data as defined under the GDPR (data relating to ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health or sexual orientation).
ARTICLE 3: PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Personal data collected is used for the following purposes: processing and managing contact and booking requests, managing relationships with artists, clients, partners and service providers, sending information about our services where you have consented, improving the site and user experience, complying with our legal and contractual obligations, protecting our legitimate rights and interests.
ARTICLE 4: LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Each processing activity is based on one of the following legal grounds provided for under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679): the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in improving our services and ensuring the security of our site, or your explicit consent for marketing communications.
ARTICLE 5: ANALYTICS AND TRACKING TOOLS
shadowtolive.com uses Google Tag Manager, a tag management tool provided by Google LLC. Google Tag Manager may activate other audience measurement tools. Data processed through these tools is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy, available at google.com/policies/privacy.
The site also uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect its forms against automated submissions. This service is provided by Google LLC and is subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policy.

Some of our service providers may be established outside the European Union. In such cases, Shadow to Live ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements.
ARTICLE 7: RETENTION PERIODS
Your personal data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact and request data: 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention period applies. Billing and contractual data: 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting obligations. Browsing data: maximum 13 months in accordance with the recommendations of the Belgian Data Protection Authority. At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
ARTICLE 8: YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access to your data, right to rectification of inaccurate data, right to erasure under the conditions provided for by the GDPR, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing on legitimate grounds, right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
