Concert & show producer

Producing a concert or live show means creating it from scratch before it goes on tour. We finance the project, coordinate all stakeholders required for its realization, and assume the artistic and financial risk. Once the show is ready, the agent sells it and the promoter markets it locally. Shadow to Live produces for its managed artists and for external artists when the project warrants it.

Our role covers the entire creation chain. We finance the production, direct artistically and technically, bring together set designers, lighting designers, sound engineers, choreographers, and content creators. We coordinate rehearsals, validate stage design, and deliver a turnkey show. Each production is a calculated investment where we commit our own funds to turn an artistic vision into stage reality.

Shadow to Live has produced tours for Alice on the Roof and Blanche, the Univers show by Maxime Mandrake, as well as the Higher, Malade, and The Girl in the Mirror tours. Each project is custom designed to reflect the artist's identity and meet their audience's expectations.

Once the show is created and refined, our agents take over to sell it and program it across Belgian and international markets. We build the product, the agent distributes it, the promoter fills the venue. This clear separation of roles allows each profession to focus on what it does best.
