Who is Marc Lavoine
WHO IS MARC LAVOINE?
Marc Lavoine is a French singer, actor and author, active since 1985. Over a 40-year career, he has released 13 studio albums and over 50 singles. His track "Elle a les yeux revolver" (1985) sold 700,000 copies in France. Key hits include "Pour une biguine avec toi" (1984), "Qu'est-ce que t'es belle" with Catherine Ringer (1987) and "Toi mon amour" (2005), certified double platinum.
His 2022 album "Adulte Jamais" debuted at number 5 in France. In 2025, he performed a new electro-symphonic project at La Seine Musicale (6,000 capacity) with the Orchestre Symphonique de Thionville-Moselle. Marc Lavoine regularly performs in venues seating 1,000 to 6,000 in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
Beyond music, he is recognized for his film roles in Claude Chabrol's "L'Enfer" (1994) and "Le Cœur des hommes" (2003), and as a coach on The Voice France (seasons 9 and 10 on TF1). He performs for private and corporate events.
