Shadow to Live was brought in by one of Europe's most prestigious event agencies, a long-standing partner, to handle the entire artistic dimension of an ultra-confidential wedding celebration. Our scope was unambiguous: from the first negotiation to the final performance, every artistic detail was ours to own.

The challenge was not finding artists. It was convincing world-class live bands and internationally recognised DJs to commit their time to an event they could never publicly reference. Each deal required direct negotiations with international agents operating at the highest level of the industry. Full confidentiality was non-negotiable, and very few organisations know how to operate under those conditions without compromising the outcome.

Shadow to Live managed the full coordination: ten artist contracts negotiated across multiple countries, international travel logistics (private and commercial flights), hotel and hospitality management, technical and hospitality riders for each act, and on-the-ground coordination with local technical and logistics partners in Spain. Months of preparation, so that on the day, everything looked effortless.
