Typh Barrow is one of Belgium's most accomplished artists of her generation. A singer-songwriter and pianist born in Brussels in 1987 and trained at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, she has built a sound rooted in soul, pop, jazz and blues. Her voice, deep, raw and immediately recognisable, is regularly compared by the international press to Adele or Amy Winehouse.

Her debut studio album RAW, recorded between Abbey Road Studios in London and ICP Studios in Brussels, was released on January 18, 2018, entered directly at number 1 on the Belgian Ultratop 200 and was certified gold. Her second album Aloha (2020) also debuted at number 1, was certified double gold before her tour even began, and became the best-selling English-language album of the year in Belgium. Key tracks include "Taboo" (2018), "Replace" (2019), "Doesn't Really Matter" (2019) and "The Gift" (2020). In 2025, she released "Close to Me" and "Now Now Now", the first singles from dreama, her third album due March 27, 2026.

A celebrated live performer, Typh Barrow drew over 200,000 concertgoers in two years of touring between 2018 and 2020. She has performed at the Ancienne Belgique, the Cirque Royal in Brussels, the Forum in Liège and closed her Aloha Tour with two sold-out nights at Forest National (8,000 capacity). Her 2026 dreama tour is already sold out at several venues. In 2019, she was named Artist of the Year at the Octaves de la Musique, the Belgian equivalent of the Victoires de la Musique in France, and served as a coach on The Voice Belgium from 2019 to 2021.
