HENRI PFR ROCKS THE ATOMIUM IN WORLD PREMIERE EVENT
A spectacular DJ set 102 meters in the air to celebrate Belgian national day.
Shadow to Live accomplished the impossible by creating a world premiere event that broke all the rules.
DJ Henri PFR offered an exclusive set from the top of the Brussels Atomium for Belgian National Day. This was the very first time an artist performed above the upper sphere of the Atomium, safely perched at 102m from the ground.
To meet the challenge, over fifty people were mobilized around the project, which required weeks of preparation, 14 cameras (including 2 drones, and 1 helicopter) 6.000 meters of cable and 250 kilos of explosives for the grand finale fireworks.
The show has been broadcasted live on social networks and on Belgian national television during the pandemic. In addition to the technical challenges, we ensured the event was organized in strict compliance with Covid-19 safety regulations and worked closely with the City of Brussels to prevent any gathering around the monument.
Henri PFR, a proud native of Brussels, was thrilled to showcase his hometown to the world through this groundbreaking performance.
